Mother's Day

On Mother’s Day, we celebrated with my nana at her house with my aunts and uncles. For dinner, we had potato salad, crab salad, muscles, fried rice, chicken and chips, vegetables salad, cake and  ice cream.

What I did for my mum: I made her breakfast and gave her a present. The present was just money. I felt so happy to see my cousins and aunty and uncles because I haven’t been seeing the lately because of the loc down. It was fun because we got to spend time with each other.

It was fun with my family.   

ANZAC DAY

I created a poster about ANZAC Day using google draw.

The big giant monster.

Thump! He slammed  his enormous, grass-covered foot into the middle of the road, sending dust in all directions.The giant monster carefully put back the roof down and he felt lonely and sad because he just wanted to play with someone but they thought that he was a strange monster. But then a little boy came to the monster and said “are you alright” and the monster replied “no, I  am not alright,  I am looking for a friend to help me fix my boat's engine for the monster's boat race tomorrow". "Oh I can help you", said the little boy but only if I can come and watch your boat race. The giant agreed.         

Saving electricity

In class we are learning about electricity at home I turned off the things I don’t use because it wastes power. I also turn off the TV when it is goes. Also I do not take long showers because it uses power. You can have the energy saving power light bulbs I also have to turn off the plug I also turn off the lights. Also solar panels use the sun's energy. Also don’t leave the shower on it is electricity and wastes power.

Rainbow End

On Saturday , I woke up and did my normal routine and then Avyay, Jirhe , Anna , Soane came to pick me up to go to Rainbows End to Avyays 12th birthday. I liked going with my cousin Avyay ,Jirhe, Anna, Soane to  Avyays birthday to celebrate her 12th birthday at Rainbow End.And my favourite part was going on the roller coaster because it tickles my tummy.And then we got called to go back to do Avyay birthday cake.So then we did and she blow her cake.And the when she blow her cake then we started to eat.I had a really fun day with my cousins at Rainbow End.

Today I was learning about kids that have moved to New Zealand  and I am writing about Mohibullah. He is from Pakistan. He moved to New Zealand because in Pakistan there were fighting happening and Mohibullah came here with his mum and his siblings. They wanted to leave Pakistan. They got forced to come because of the fighting happening in Pakistan. Mohibullah didn't know how to speak English and he learnt to speak English in a mouth and he likes playing cricket. No one plays here and he uses computer to keep in touch with his friends in Pakistan. He misses home and one day he hopes to be a police officer. 

Catch it

On a hot sunny day in the Sahara desert, they were happy. Then one meerkat popped his head out from the ground and other two meerkat popped out their heads from the ground too. All of the meerkats suddenly popped out their heads and went to a tree and climbed it. 

Then they saw a vulture. The vulture took their fruit off the tree. One meerkat jumped on to the vultures legs and hung onto the fruit. All the meerkats did a line to get the fruit. So the vultures went up even higher to get the meerkats off.

Then when the fruit fell out of the vultures claws, the vulture banged into the dry rocks and the fruit fell. So then the meerkats caught the fruit and were playing rugby with the fruit. Then one meerkat kicked the fruit and it fell onto the dry sand then they looked shocked.

Spring writing

As I was walking I could smell the fresh spring air.The flowers blooming and I can smell the fresh fruit.Colors are shining and glittering white flowers.And when I was walking the smell came to my body and the amazing butterflies and bees go to beautiful flowers. The beautiful smells goes through the whole place.I can see the colourful butterflies flying to beautiful flowers.
